Our designs are 3D printed in premium PETG plastic. PETG is a safe material suitable for aquarium use, also employed in the production of beverage bottles and food containers.
We've opted for an enhanced PETG blend, certified safe for applications involving contact with food or drink. This material boasts non-absorbent properties and exceptional resistance to salts, acids, alkalis, and solvents. Both PETG and PLA are considered safe for aquarium use. However, PETG stands out due to its superior chemical resistance and stability. This makes it a reliable choice for ensuring the long-term maintenance of a healthy and non-toxic aquatic environment.
We exclusively own the design rights, copyrights, and all other intellectual property rights. Our innovative designs are officially registered with the Intellectual Property Office. To signify protection, our products bear a relevant internet link associating them with the registered design number. Any unauthorised reproduction or copying of our product's shape, configuration, construction, or images featured on our website constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property, leading to legal action.
Shipping and Policies
Easy checkout with optional registration. Once your order has successfully been placed you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Your order is subject to normal terms and conditions. Once we have received your order we will send you the shipping confirmation as soon your package is dispatched. When you opt for a delivery service that includes tracking, a tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation email.
Standard delivery is free. Orders are delivered with Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Also, you can opt for Royal Mail Tracked 48. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. As soon your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. Check our Delivery Information for full details.
In the event that you have selected the wrong delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of purchase. Things we will need: your order number, email address used to make the transaction and your full name. Please be advised that once your package is dispatched, we can no longer change your delivery address.
We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. If you placed an order, it will be processed on the same day. Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be produced before dispatch as our pieces are individually crafted. Your byMazy® order should arrive within 2-5 working days in the UK and within 5-10 working days for international orders, depending on the selected shipping service.
If your tracking information hasn't been updated, there's no need to worry! Tracking numbers usually update with couriers every 24-48 hours. Please be aware that the 2nd Class service only records delivery and does not track the entire journey. If your UK order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, or if you're outside the UK and it hasn't arrived within 21 working days, please contact us for assistance.
If you would like to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of purchase. Once your package is dispatched, we can no longer change or cancel your order. Check our Returns and Refunds for full details.
We understand that you may wish to return a product to us. If you wish to return a product, you have a duty to keep it in your possession and to take reasonable care of it until your return. Product must be returned in its original condition and original packaging. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for full details.
